Will: 300?! Who you invite? The entire Wayans family?

The Wayans are an Afro-American family which many members – most notoriously Damon, Keenen Ivory, Kim, Marlon, and Shawn – found fame and success in Hollywood. Their most recognizable work was the 1990 sketch comedy television In Living Color.

Will: Ok, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ALL SUMO WRESTLERS TO THE SHOWERS!

Sumo is a competition contact sport of Japanese origin in which two overweighed wrestlers face off in a circular area.

Fred: You can forget about coming to Cleveland, 'cause a big soft Marshmallow Man like you wouldn't even last five seconds.

The Marshmallow Man was the advertising character used by the 'Stay-Puft marshmallows.' It is widely recognized as the giant creature from the final scenes of Ghostbusters.

Phil: I'd like to see you try to fit in down at the Country Club. Crushing bear cans on your head. Telling everybody why Sears is the place to buy tiers...

Sears, Roebuck and Company is one of the largest retailers in the United States.

Ashley: I'm definitely the Marilyn Munster of this family...

Marilyn Munster was a character from the 1964 American sitcom The Munsters. The Munsters were a horror movie monsters family who thought they weren't by any means different from their neighbors. Marilyn Munster was the young, blonde and pretty offspring of Lily Dracula Munster and Herman Munster, who were ashamed of her being so different from the rest of the family.

Will: Who's the private dick who's a sex machine to all the chicks?
Lisa: Shaft?
Will: You daaaamn right!

These are the first lines from the Shaft Theme Song.

Minister: Who's the black Philly man who is take this fine woman's hand?
Singers: Smith!

The whole weeding sequence is a parody of the Shaft Theme Song.

Will: By the way, dude, your Isaac Hayes impersonation stinks!

Isaac Hayes is a influential soul singer from the 60s. His biggest hit was the soundtrack for Shaft. The joke resides in the fact that "Isaac Hayes's impersonator" is actually Isaac Hayes himself.
