Kimble helps out a young wealthy woman who has just been released from a mental hospital, having seen a young boy she was taking care of get mauled by a pack of wild dogs. But her father's new wife wants her to leave their home and plans on making her go insane again by hiring a neighbor to make his dogs bark, a sound that no one else will hear. But Richard has heard the barking and plans on spoiling her plot.
