Episode Summary

A sadistic sheriff in Arizona arrests Kimble and uses him as slave labor with a group of other prisoners he has collected. Having witnessed a prisoners murder, Kimble realizes that the whole town is corrupt when the mayor and town council hide the killing as an accident and that he may be next.
