Dog Eat Dog - Recap

The scene opens with Nick Monohan and Sara walking into a convention. and Sara tells that there are cliques. Claire takes Sara and tells that the Gardening club would love to talk to her. One member of “The Gates” talks with Simon Fuller and tells that he needs to adjust his sprinkler so that he doesn’t have to go around too much. Simon tells that he hope his sunscreen works because he is not changing them. They fight and Dylan grabs one and tells him not here. Nick grabs Simon and he tells that if he holds onto him again, it will be the last thing he does. Nick tells Simon to leave before he is arrested. Simon is at home and his wife tells that she could adjust the sprinklers and Simon tells that he will not conform to the Vampires. Lucas walks in and asks what is going on. The mother tells that everything is fine. Simon tells that he doesn’t need any of them and leaves. Sara is running and finds Simon in the middle of sprinklers and he has been beaten up badly. Sara calls for an ambulance.

Nick walks into the hospital and tells that he is sorry to hear of the incident and Joan tells that it was Ben MacAlister. Nick tells that he is going to look for everyone who could have been involved and interview everyone. Ross talks to Joan and tells that the allegations can change everyone’s life in “The Gates”. Peg walks out and notices that the flowers and walks into Devon’s Spa. She tells that it is Devil’s weed outside her Spa and tells that it is used for the darkest of magic and tells her to get rid of it. Peg leaves and her daughter, Nia comes out and says thank you to Devon for teaching her in the way of witchcraft. Devon tells that Peg is forgetting that her daughter is older now. Dylan enters his house and tells that Simon was beaten up and she asks if it was by their kind. He tells her no and tells that no one would break the rules like that.

At school, Brett passes by Andie and smiles. His friends wave too. Nia talks to Andie and says that it is weird that Brett’s friends are nice to her now and weren’t when she was dating him. She tells that she has to go to class when she sees Charlie walk up. Charlie walks up to Nia and asks why Andie is avoiding him and she tells that Andie is avoiding her too. Brett and the rest meet Lucas in the hall and Brett tells that they can go running again. Lucas tells that he knows that Brett without him and tells that if Brett wants to lead the pack, then he can. Meanwhile, at the station Nick interviews Ben McAlister and he tells that everyone hated Simon and that he went home and had nothing to do with beating up Simon. In the hallway, Nick tells Marcus to talk to Simon’s neighbors to see if anyone saw anything. Marcus tells that Coach Ross and Simon had a fight a while ago and Simon beat him up to the point of unconsciousness. Claire walks into the living room and hears Emily talking to someone, it is Christian. She has Emily leave and she asks what he is doing there. He tells her to have dinner or else he will tell Dylan about them two. She tells him to get out.

Nick meets with Coach Ross and he tells that Simon did do it but that everything is fine. He mentions that everyone likes Simon. But Nick tells that is not what he hears. Coach Ross tells that only people like McAlister says things like that and tells that his alibi is that he was out of town. Marcus comes in and tells that no one heard or saw anything last night to suspect fowl play and Nick tells that both suspects’ alibis check out. Back at the school, Andy walks outside and Brett walks up to her and tells that he knows now that she is different and he told his friends. That is why they are friends with her. She tells that she was afraid that she was going to kill Charlie when she was with him last. Brett tells that he thought he was going to hurt Andie because he thought she was human. She feels closer to Brett.

Lucas is at the hospital and Nick walks up to him. He asks if anyone would want to hurt his dad and he is interrupted by Joan. He tells him to get back to school. Joan wants to know why Ben McAlister isn’t arrested and Nick tells that he doesn’t think that he hurt Simon. They go to Simon’s room and he is gone. At Christian’s place, Claire is there out of being blackmailed. He tells that he wanted to give her a ring. He tells that it was supposed to be him that was going to turn Claire and tells that he hesitated. She tells that she can’t take it and he tells that he loves her. She tells that she doesn’t love him and walks away. She is stopped by Christian and he tells that Dylan is not going to want her after he is done with her. He bites her and in the Radcliffe home, Dylan awakes teeth barred. Back at the hospital, Marcus tells that he pulled up footage from the parking lot. It is Simon. At school, Charlie runs into Andie and she tells that them being together is not such a good idea. He tells that he thought they had something special and she tells that she can’t and leaves. Claire enters and Dylan is there. She tells it wasn’t by choice. She tells it was Christian.

Marcus and Nick are out in the parking lot. They find Simon’s hospital gown, IV drip, and cell phone. Andie is in the bathroom and Nia walks in she tells that she can’t just break up with Charlie and ignore her. She asks if Andie is going to break off their friendship too. Andie apologizes and she wants to know what is going on with her. She tells that she is a freak. Nia tells that she will be her friend no matter what. She shows her veins. Meanwhile, Christian gets a text from Claire to meet. Dylan jumps from a roof and tackles Christian. Nia walks into Peg’s office and asks why she didn’t tell her about Andie. Peg tells that Andie was her patient and that she couldn’t reveal anything. Nia asks what happens if she doesn’t take the medicine. Peg tells that she will die. Brett is with Andie and they are studying. She tells that she is afraid that if she kisses Brett, the same thing will happen. He shows that he can cut himself and that he can regenerate quickly and tells that he can heal faster then humans. She tells that they still won’t know until they try. Meanwhile, Dylan walks up with buckets of water in the forest. He pours water on Christian, who is tied to a tree. He tells that he should have never done that and tells that he is leaving him there. Christian thinks that Dylan is bluffing but then Christian leaves him. The sun comes up and Christian starts to burn.

Nick and Lucas meet with Ross and he tells that he will tell the others that he challenged Simon and he tells Nick that it is good to have someone in Law Enforcement. He leaves and goes home. Dylan walks into his house and tells that it is done and that Claire is his wife no matter what. Nick is outside drinking a beer and Sara tells that the day was scary. Nick tells that everything is fine. She goes inside. Simon appears and Nick gets up quickly. Simon tells that he is leaving “The Gates” and that Nick cannot trust the Vampires. Nick tells that he doesn’t trust anyone. He gives a message to Nick to tell Lucas that Simon is proud of him. Simon tells Nick that the day is coming when the Vampires and Werewolves are going to attack each other and that his family doesn’t want to be in “The Gates” when it does.
