Little Girl Lost - Recap

The scene opens with Claire looking at Emily’s things and Dylan walks in. He tells that he has looked everywhere and can’t seem to find Christian or Emily anywhere. Claire tells that they are going to need help. Nick Monahan is asleep when Claire covers his mouth and tells that they need his help because Emily is missing. Nick goes to Claire’s and Dylan’s home and he tells that they are going to issue an Amber Alert and Dylan tells that they need to keep this quiet and that Nick is the only one they can trust. He tells that if they are going to find Emily, they need to be completely honest with him. Dylan tells Nick that Christian violated Claire and that Dylan tried to kill Christian.

At the Monahan’s, Charlie walks in and sees Sarah in the kitchen and she is upset. He asks what is wrong and Sara asks if he saw Nick leave this morning. Charlie tells that he didn’t. Sara tells that Andie called while he was away but didn’t leave a message. He doesn’t seem to care and Sara tells that if Charlie wants to talk about girls, he can go to her. He tells her no thanks and leaves. Meanwhile, at the station, Leigh is trying to find Christian’s aliases on the system and they finally track it down to an address in Concord County. Leigh tells that he was looking for a house inside the Gates. Nick tells that Christian was looking for a house and went by the name Steve Saunders. Nick tells that Claire needs to stay home in case that Christian calls. At school, Charlie walks up to Andie and asks what she wanted when she called. She tells that she forgot to write down the homework. Charlie doesn’t buy it and Lexi walks up and asks if Charlie is still interested in the name of her band. Charlie tells that he is but to give him a moment. He asks Andie if she is alright with the homework and Andie tells that she is. He leaves and Andie tells Lexi to back off Charlie. She tells her to mind her own business and then Andie tells that she knows that Lexi like Brett and Andie tells that she can have him because she is not getting back with Brett. She tells that she is just hanging out with him.

At Claires, there is someone at the door. It is Sara and Claire confides in her and tells that Emily has been kidnapped. Dylan and Nick arrive at the address and find two dead bodies and Emily’s stuffed Lion. Dylan recognizes them to be the Saunders and tells that he is not there. Nick gets a call. It is Christian and he tells that Emily is safe but that he wants to have him to stay out of it. Nick tells that a little girl is involved and that is why he is helping. Christian tells that Dylan and Claire are not the good parents they say they are and tells Nick to asks them about St. Louis. Back at Claire’s, she is talking to Sara about Emily and she gets a call. It is Nick and he tells her to meet him at the station. Sara tells that she’ll drive. Meanwhile at the school, Brett is walking down the hall and Lexi comes up and tells that Andie doesn’t want to get back with Brett and that she wants Charlie. Brett tells that he alone is the one that can give Andie what she needs. Lexi finds out that Andie is a Succubus and tells Brett that it is dangerous and that she can kill him, but he tells that it is fine.

Claire and Sara are at the station and Nick tells that Claire should be in his office. He tells Sara that she needs to go home and doesn’t tell her anything of the case. He walks into his office and Claire tells about St. Louis. They flashback to when they were in St. Louis with Christian. Claire sees a couple come in and they smell of Meth. She tells that she is going to go hunting now and follows them out. Christian and Dylan stay and eventually Dylan gets the address form the bartender. He goes to the house and finds the couple murdered by Claire. He hears a baby cry upstairs. He runs upstairs and tells Claire not to do it. Claire looks at Dylan and asks what she has done. Back at the station, Dylan tells that they had the chance to make things right and that Emily has made them human. Nick tells that doesn’t justify anything. Claire tells that she will offer up herself to any course of action but first to help find Emily. Leigh comes in and tells that the phone Christian used was bout on Main Street in "The Gates”. Vanessa gives Nick and the Radcliffe’s the keys to the house that she showed Christian and Christian is there. He lunges at Nick and Dylan throws him back. Claire jumps on him and starts clawing at him and Nick gets her off and points his gun at Christian’s heart. He tells the thing that he did to Emily; they will never get their daughter back.

Dylan ties up Christian and Christian tells that he survived a lot of things and Claire tells that Christian won’t survive her. Charlie runs up to Lexi and tells that he is not over Andie and she tells that Andie made Charlie sick and tells that she is dangerous and that she kept secrets. Charlie tells that Lexi is making things up. She tells that she warned him. Back with Christian, Dylan is beating him up and Christian tells that the Radcliffe’s are the same. Claire tells that they are nothing like him. Christian tells that he is ready to negotiate. He tells that he will tell Dylan where Emily is. All he has to do is kill Nick. Dylan shows his teeth at Nick and Nick points his gun. Dylan turns to Christian and punches him. Christian tells that Dylan is the same as him and Nick tells that he wants to know all their secrets. Back at school, Charlie goes up to Andie and tells that Lexi told him that it was her that made him sick. She runs off to go to Brett and tells that Lexi told Charlie. Brett gets defensive and tells that Brett is what she needs. She tells that she wants Brett out of her life.

Back with Nick and Christian and he is talking about the murders they participated in and he tells that he is not ashamed of who he is. Claire tells that this is not saving Emily. Christian tells that it has everything to do with it and tells that Nick shouldn’t give a human girl back to Vampires. Nick knows where Emily is and tells with her relatives. They go to Emily’s relative’s home and Claire tells that the murder of Emily’s parents happened in the same house. Claire walks in and sees Emily in the bedroom. A woman enters the door and tells Claire to get her hands off of her niece. Nick and Claire sit down with Nancy and her husband. Nancy was the Emily’s real mother’s sister. Nancy tells that Christian left a note and they were expected to see her. Claire tells that she never met the mother and Claire tells that she is going to take Emily home. Nancy tries to fight her on it but Nick tells that the law is on the Radcliffe’s side. They exit the house and Emily tells that she hopes to see them again and Nancy and her husband tell that they know where she lives and can’t wait to visit "The Gates”.

Charlie comes home to find Andie waiting for him. She tells that she is a Succubus and Charlie doesn’t believe her. Brett decides to go running because of the earlier events. Meanwhile, Sara asks why Nick didn’t tell her about Emily’s kidnapping and he says nothing. Back at the Radcliffe’s, Emily asks about her real mom and asks if she loved her. Dylan says that Emily was the most beautiful baby in the world. Downstairs, Claire and Dylan talk about how Christian go his way and that Emily is going to always be asking about her real mother, but Dylan says that they can get through it. Later that evening, Leigh takes Christian and leaves him in the middle of nowhere and leaves. Claire is there too and puts a stake through Christian’s heart. She asks why he did it and he tells so that they could be alone. She drives it in deeper and walks away.
