Recap

Northeast Dallas 3:27pm Code 41 in progress. Jack is getting beaten up by a man in a Speedo. It is Dan who is hitting him and is telling that he trusted him. Jack calls Dan a criminal and Dan keeps hitting him. Flashback two days earlier and Dan asks Jack if they are friends. He tells that they need to get inside of their heads and get to know each other if they are going to ever be like Starsky and Hutch. They go to an Electronics Store and it is a case of a vandalized mascot and the store owner tells that he needs to know what is going on and that he has $700 phones coming in and customers need to see that everything is alright. Meanwhile, at Garrick’s Drugstore a robbery is in progress. A young couple is clearing out the top shelf and they run out. Inside the car, they look at what they stole and it is nothing useful to sell...
