Recap

The scene opens at 1 PM at the Tower Club Air Shaft with a Code 12 in progress. Jack Bailey and Dan Stark crawling in a tight area and Dan gets stuck. Jack asks if he can shimmy out and Dan tells that he can’t. Suddenly, Jack falls through the attic. The scene flashbacks to one day earlier where Jack and Dan are in Lt. Ruiz’s office and she is going to give them Case #4741 The Tech Bandit. Jack is enthusiastic about it. Ruiz tells that it is a priority. Dan wants to know who the “Tech Bandit” is. Jack tells that he is a smart tech thief that breaks in and no one knows how. Ruiz tells that they are going to be working with a forensics expert from Houston to get this person quicker. Dan tells that he doesn’t “assist” and tells that they should be out there by themselves and without him. Ruiz tells that they don’t have a choice. Dan and Jack meet Alfonso Laviolette and he has a college student with him along with a camera to videotape a documentary. He tells that they are going to be assisting him and that Jack needs to carry his evidence kit. ..
