<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
The scene opens in Suburban Dallas and a code 33 is in progress. Dan and Jack fall through a window and fall into a pool. Jack asks if Dan is shot and Dan tells that he has not. Jack tells that they have to stay in the pool until they run out of bullets. Dan tells that he hasn’t done that since he was a kid. The scene flashback to three days earlier and Lt. Ruiz meets with Jack and Dan and tell that their next assignment is to the Junior Officers program. They are going to be teaching 10-year-olds about law enforcement. Jack asks if she is sure that she wants Dan to talk to children and she tells that Dan has a success rate of Junior Officers becoming officers in the future at bizarre rates. Dan and Jack teach the kids and Jack talks about being a police officer and Dan tells that it is all about driving fast, shooting at people and be able to get into the movies for free by simply flashing your badge. Jack sneaks up and tells that Dan is making it up and tells that there is a lot of paperwork that is involved and Dan tells the kids that they never want to be a paper pusher. Meanwhile, a man named Perry is working at the Vital Records office. His boss comes in and tells that he needs files now and he tells that the phones have been down. Suddenly he gets a phone call and tells that it is Tech Support. His boss leaves and Perry talks to the person on the other end that he is going to get caught and he can’t afford to loose his job.

Back at the station, Liz comes up to Jack and tells that she saw Jack with the kids. She is smiling and tells that she has never thought that Jack likes kids. He tells that he has and that Dan is the kid favorite though. Jack goes back to the field where the class is and Dan is in the process of putting the kids through training. Jack asks what he is doing and Dan tells that he is getting them ready for the academy. Dan tells that a Junior Officer has some information of a crime. Teddy, the Junior Officer, that he saw a guy with a mullet: jaywalking, drinking beer while in public, littering, spitting, kicking a bike and stealing mail. Jack thinks that it is possible that he is involved in some identity theft and asks what he looked like. Terry gives them a description. Jack pulls out a credit card receipt that tells the man’s name is Jeffrey Easton. They go back to the station and Jack tells that he has to get on Hodge’s computer to be able to run the name on the database and tells Dan to distract him. Dan walks in the break room and asks Hodges what he is eating. Hodges tells that it is the Double Delicious from KFC. Dan takes a bite out of the chicken sandwich and tells that they named it right. That is enough time for Jack and he tells that Easton has been buying drugs from the internet and among other things. They go to Easton’s home and see a man running away. Dan takes him down but it is not the Easton they are looking for. The real Jeffrey Eason tells that he has had his identity stolen and that he thought that they were collectors.

Jack and Dan go to a pizza place where there were a lot of charges and show the picture. He recognizes him and tells that he is a lousy tipper. The manager tells that he is staying at the Vista View Apartments and Jack gives the manager $1 for his information. The fake Easton calls a man named Alfredo and says that he will have their new identities. Alfredo tells that he is paying $20,000 for them and tells his partner Tico that they are going to have to kill their bodyguards to trick the Cartel that they have been kidnapped and then killed. He tells that they are going to be able to start new lives. Jack and Dan arrive at the apartments and tell that they are the Dallas Police. Suddenly there are gun shots through the door. They enter only to find and empty apartment and an open window. They look out and he takes off in the car. They look at all the cards and some ex-girlfriends that reveal the man’s name as Vic and that he is going to need to go to Millet the Printer later today. Meanwhile, Vic arrives at Perry's and tells that the cops got to him and now he is going to have to stay with Perry. This is not good with Perry and he tells that he has to leave. Vic tells that Perry is going to have to pick up Vic's printing order.

Jack is waiting for Dan and he tells that he planted a listening device at the printer's factory and that he stopped to get a cheeseburger. They listen in and find out that Perry is there to pick up Vic’s order. They run in to find out that Perry's already left. The worker tells that he went out the back and into a cab. Jack thinks that they got away, but Dan tells that he has Teddy on the roof as a lookout. Teddy tells the orders and they follow Perry to his house. Inside, Vic gets the birth certificates from him but there are no passports or social security cards. He gets upset and starts to trash his model train set. Perry runs outside and runs up to Jack and Dan to call the cops. Jack tells that they were just going in to arrest him. He confesses to all the crime that he did and tells that Vic is the real criminal and that he paid $500 bribe to give Vic false paperwork for two Mexican nationals. Meanwhile at the U.S./ Mexican border, Alfredo and Tico are being driven and Alfredo pays the driver and then shoots him so that they can’t tell the Cartel. He tells that Vic is on his way to pick him up.

In the station, Lt. Ruiz asks why Jack and Dan didn't arrest Vic and Jack tells that there are bigger things coming. Perry visits Vic and tells that he has two friends who are disgruntled clerks of the federal government and they can get all the other paperwork that they are going to need. Vic tells that they are going to meet where they are going to be able to get Nachos. At “The Thirsty Coyote”, they are meeting and Vic believes them and they are going to be able to get the right documentation. Meanwhile, Alfredo tells Tico that they are going to have to kill the people who give them their new identities and that they are going to have to be busy for the first week cleaning up the bodies. Perry goes with Jack and Dan to talk to the Junior Officers and Perry tells that he was a bad man that, as Dan puts it, stole people’s mail. They throw things at Perry and tell that he is a bad man. Jack walks to his car to see Teddy next to it. He tells that he is being made fun of for want to be a cop. Jack tells that he too was made fun of and it gets easier. Jack, Dan and Perry meet Vic at Matt and Phil’s, Alfredo’s and Tico’s new identities and they tell that they have everything. Perry asks if the fingerprints are going to show up and they come clean that they are Drug traders and Jack tells Dan that he has a bad feeling about this and suddenly, Vic is shot. Jack, Dan and Perry run and then jump and fall into the swimming pool.

With bullets being fired, Jack tells that they are going to have to stay under until they run out of bullets. Dan, Jack, and Perry run for Dan's car and get away. Alfredo and Tico get in their SUV chase them down. With guns blazing, they shoot Perry in the ear and he passes out. Jack thinks that they are going to never lose them and Dan tells that he has it covered. The scene flashbacks to 20 minutes earlier and the Junior Cops loosen the bolts on the SUV’s tired. The chase continues and Alfredo’s and Tico’s wheel falls off and causes them to crash. This allows them to be arrested without any problems. At the station, Lt. Ruiz thanks Jack and Dan for arresting Tico and Alfredo, but because they used Junior Officers, they are forced to give him over to the Mexican government. She tells that the Dallas Police Department will need to pretend it never happened. Jack is bummed that he lost this big case and Liz tells that she talked with the Junior Officers. She tells that some of them said that Jack was a good influence and they all want to become police officers. But, like everything when things get a little close to intimacy, Dan spoils it and asks how much is Liz turned on from knowing that Jack is good with kids. Liz walks off and Jack asks how Dan does that and knows when to show up at the wrong time. Dan replies that he can smell lust.
