Mandy and Grim find an old skull called Thromnambular. The skull can make nine wishes happen. Billy, Harold, Skarr, Irwin, Pud'n, Junior, Sperg and Mindy all get their wishes granted, but with some problems. Mandy sells the skull and Grim ends this episode.

Harold- go back to his days in high school.
Skarr- surpreme power
Pud'n- a pet
Irwin- wants Mandy to love him.
Junior- wants to know what he wanted to wish for
Sperg- wants to be a girl to get in the girl's bathroom.
Mindy- wants to be a star, but becomes one herself.
Mandy- didn't wish for anything, but tried to sell the skull.

Mr. Skarr and Nergal Jr. appear in this episode for the third time.

This is the 2nd full length episode.

Running gags include Harold getting thrown in the trash can whenever he talks to someone when he relives his high school years.

Credits: Grim wishes to be free from Billy and Mandy forever. Thromnambular is free from making wishes for people, agrees with the wish and trades places with Grim. Now he's the new Grim Reaper and Grim is the skull that can grant wishes.Grim yells, "No!" in horror and Thromnuambular makes an evil laugh.
