	Pip Phillips, played by Bill Nunn (1) Terrance "Pip" Phillips is a good guy - sometimes TOO good. As McNeil's partner, he is the yin to McNeil's yang. He's sensitive, well-behaved, and does whatever his wife, Adina, wants him to do.
