McNeil has dinner with her, and she flirts and kisses him as paparazzi photograph them, and McNeil isn't sure of her motives. Pip's wife comes to the precinct and stirs up trouble, still angry about McNeil's lifestyle.

Frank: If I tagged Liz Hurley I'd be in Times Square with a megaphone the next morning, giving details to the entire world. I'd have videos, Polaroids, the whole nine yards.
Jan: If you had tagged Liz Hurley.
Frank: It could happen under the right circumstances.
Jan: Like if she was drugged?
Frank: For starters.
Frank: He's kissing her. Of course he tagged her.
