Frank accidentally allows a suspect to escape while inside the precinct. McNeil desperately needs to use the bathroom, but when he goes in, the missing suspect is in there and holds him at gunpoint. Al and Ruben are sent off on an errand to collect "Iggy" and "Butch," as a favor to McNeil.
We learn that Jan took Spanish in high school, but has forgotten nearly all of it.
McNeil reveals that he and his wife, Karen, are seeing a marriage counselor.
Jan: (giving McNeil a message from his wife) ...And she said don't forget about 4:15.
McNeil: Yeah, yeah.
Pip: What's 4:15?
McNeil: Marriage counselor.
Jan: Ooooh, how'd she talk you into that one?
McNeil: With a 9-iron.
Tommy: Oh, I can't wait to see the headlines in tomorrow's New York Post. 'Copper Crapper Caper.' (laughs)
I gotta write that down!
Chief Williams: (angry) This is a very, very serious situation.
Tommy: (runs up, excited) I got another one.... 'Cop Held Craptive, Hostage Drama Flush with Danger.' (giggles)
Chief Williams: (to Frank, hissing angrily) Nice.
Visual: Iggy and Butch
