Roxton (Will Snow) narrowly evades an ambush in the jungle, arousing the ire of a deadly siren (Danielle Carter) who wants his indomitable, if elusive, soul for her collection. To accomplish this goal, she takes his friends hostage.

Veronica (Jennifer O'Dell) is dazzled by a handsome pianist (Sandy Winton), whose interest in her alarms Challenger, he suspects her suitor of being a phantom.

A trio of demons from Finn's past threaten the stability of Earth's future when they enter the Lost World after trading places with Challenger, Roxton and Marguerite.
 
62 :03x18 - The Elixer (Apr/15/2002)
To combat starvation, Challenger develops an experimental elixir as a food substitute. After ingesting the substance, however, the scientist is beset by volatile hallucinations of his wife and himself as a young man.
 
63 :03x19 - Tapestry (Apr/22/2002)
A downed WWI pilot (Julian Garner) carrying top-secret Royal Navy cargo kidnaps Challenger and reveals the explorers' Great War connections with each other. It falls to the personality-clashing pair of Veronica and Finn to rescue their friends from capture.

A dream prompts Veronica to place her mother's pendant next to a stone monolith, leading to changes in her memories and a showdown with a mystical swordsman (David Roberts).

An explosion leaves Marguerite and Roxton trapped underground and only an amnesiac Challenger can save them. At the tree house, Veronica finds a memento from her childhood while playing a game with Finn.
 
66 :03x22 - Heart of the Storm (May/13/2002)
In the season finale (Actually this is the series finale), the explorers are affected by a bizarre time-distortion phenomenon and Challenger is reunited with the man (Robert Colby) whose journal inspired the expedition. Also: Marguerite is captured by Druids; Roxton is pursued by conquistadors; Veronica and Finn are thrust into the future.
