Recap

Agent Patrick Jane stood before Lisbon, Rigsby and Cho as they sat at their desks one evening at CBI headquarters, demonstrating one of his famous coin tricks. Using his amazing sleight of hand, Jane puzzled the watching agents as he flipped the coin one last time. Calling on a bet made minutes ago by Rigsby, Jane asked for his money. Rigsby handed over a dollar and asked in amazement, how did he do it? Jane smiled that sardonic grin of his and allowed as how he could not reveal his secret. Rigsby snorted in feigned disgust and turned on his heel, grabbing his coat and bidding all a good night, but before he reached the door, Cho introduced his date, Elise, to the agents and Cho's phone rang. Cho answered it, then replaced the receiver, telling his fellow agents that a long time friend of his, one David Sung, had been found dead of gunshots in an alley in Oakland. He said that he wanted to go alone, but Jane insisted he wanted to go along for the ride. Cho asked the other agents to look after his date, Elise, then he and Jane slipped out...
