5x22: Red John's Rules recap: The episode begins with Lisbon arriving at the loft. She is shocked to see Jane burning the ‘Red John’ evidence. Jane tells her that he is very close to finding Red John, and hence he doesn’t need them anymore. Lisbon is curious to know more, but Jane tells her that he hasn’t slept for a week and needs to take some rest. He goes off to sleep. The next day, Lisbon wakes up Jane and tells him about the homicide in the Torchlite motel, East Sacramento. She also tells him that the first responder told them that the murderer could be Red John. 5x21: Red and Itchy recap: The episode begins with Lisbon telling Jane about their new case. A dead body has been found in JJ La Rigsby tells them that JJ arrived home from NY and saw two masked intruders breaking into the safe. A gun fight ensued. One of the intruders is lying dead on the floor but the other escaped. It was too dark and JJ could not see much. Jane notices that the intruders broke the Hummel figurines. 5x20: Red Velvet Cupcakes recap: The episode begins with team arriving at Roberts’s house, the latest crime scene. Rigsby acts coldly towards Grace. He goes inside and Cho updates him about the victim. The victim is Missy Roberts and she was shot to death. Rigsby calls Jane, but Jane tells him that he is slightly busy and cannot come to the crime scene. He decides to help them over the phone. Cho describes the crime scene ad tells Jane that the victim is wearing gym clothes, and there a couple of bullet shots, which prove that the killer is not a good marksman. 5x19: Red Letter Day recap: The episode begins with Cho telling Jane that they have a new case. Jane locks his loft. He places a broken piece of a toothpick in the door gap and puts the other half in his pocket. They arrive at Hollis Percy’s office. Jane finds the coroner, Deb Granger, examining the dead body. Rigsby tells Jane that the victim is Hollis Percy, a 61 year old man and he owns the whole town of Percy. His wife reported the dead body. Jane examines the crime scene and tells them that Hollis drank cheap gin. He also says that Hollis knew his attacker and they ended up in an argument... read more.

5x18: Behind the Red Curtain recap: The episode begins at the launch party of Torch, the musical, at the Christopher Hotel. The stars are arriving, and we see the crowd cheering for them. At that moment, a dead body falls on top the car. The party has now turned into a crime scene, and the team arrives to investigate. Cho tells Lisbon that the driver was in the car when the body fell. He is in the hospital, but will survive. The victim is Sharon Warrick, and she fell from the balcony. Cho tells Lisbon that the bruises on her cheeks and ribs indicate murder.
