Michael's crude joker of a friend, Todd Packer, drops by the office and shares a tidbit of corporate gossip, annoying everyone. The staff must sit through a video on sexual harassment in the workplace, and Jan and a corporate lawyer stop in to speak with Michael.

| Toby: Technically, I am in human resources and Dwight was asking about human anatomy. Umm... I'm just sad that the public school system failed him so badly.
| Michael: In the future, when I want to say something funny or witty or do an impression, I will no longer ever do any of those things.
Jim: Does that include 'that's what she said?'
Michael: Uh, yes.
Jim: Wow, that's really hard. You really think you can go all day long? Well, you always left me satisfied and smiling.
Michael: That's what she said!
| Michael: When I said before that I was king of forwards, you gotta understand that I don't come up with this stuff. I just forward it along. You wouldn't arrest a guy who's just delivering drugs from one guy to another.
| Jim: Hey, what has two thumbs and hates Todd Packer? (Pointing to himself) This Guy!
| Michael: A guy goes to a $5 lady of the night, and he gets crabs. So the next day he goes back to complain and the woman says, "Hey, it was only $5, what did you expect... lobster?"

Todd Packer: Why does everybody ask me that? Who the hell is that!?

Dwight: Heh, yeah, Meredith.
Michael: No, no, Katherine, remember her? Remember how hot she was? She would have definitely slept with me.
Kevin: She wasn't that hot.
Michael: Yes she was. Damn it, Kevin! Come on.

| Todd Packer: Ex-squeeze me.
"Ex-squeeze me" is something David Brent liked to say a lot in the original BBC version of The Office (UK).
| Michael: We're all like Friends. I am Joey, and Chandler.
This is a reference to the NBC sitcom, Friends, which ran from 1994 - 2004. Joey was played by Matt LeBlanc, and Chandler by Matthew Perry.

This is a reference to the 1992 comedy film, Mo' Money, starring Damon Wayans.
