|
In a State prison, criminal Chino Rivera volunteers for a dangerous experiment at the top secret Center Neo-Kinematics Division, overseen by Dr. Thomas Kellander. An alien scientist from the planet Chromo is teleported on Earth in front of a delegation of statesmen and militaries, and, soon, the convict will be sent out there. Unfortunately, the alien's intentions reveals to be imperialistic and Chino Rivera is falsely accused of the Chromoite's deeds.
