The Railway: First Great Western is a documentary series narrated by Paul Copley which follows the daily working lives of the staff of First Great Western, one of country's biggest train operating companies. They have to deal with difficult passengers and trains with problems on a daily basis.

The show catches up with Theresa, the North Cotswolds station manager who is known as a manager who is greatly dedicated, but firm.
