I should have made my remarks in this forum instead. So I will repeat them. Looks like a great show but I will need 2 more episodes to be sure of my feelings. I do believe it will be a hit though.
Looks like the lady next door isn't going to be a problem. Was that her cushion that had the money in it? I blinked. |

Sadly, I missed the pilot. I set my VCR, but apparently the tape decided to break down on this recording. I guess after 2 years of recording shows, it finally couldn't take it anymore. I'm on the hunt to find another blank tape for recording, but they're harder to find these days than you'd think. 
Anyway...the pilot's supposed to be repeated tomorrow night at 9 (central). I will be watching and will post my thoughts then. |

I was able to find one at K-mart, thanks.
The pilot was really good. Eddie Izzard is such a believable con artist. And here I thought the only thing he could do was cross dress. |

I saw the Pilot on the Saturday rerun. I'll admit it was a pretty darn good pilot.
Interesting premise as well. You can't help but root for these con artist drifters.
But I won't deny that the episode was pretty morbid . . . killing an innocent family (though it was accident) just left an unpleasant taste.
However, I did enjoy it and I saw episode 3, which I liked as well. |
