3 :01x03 - The Spread (Mar/26/2002)
It's warrant sweep day at the Barn. Vic and the Strike Team discover visiting NBA superstar Derrick Tripp hanging out with his "homies" before the evening game with the Lakers. Vic decides to do his part for the home team by keeping Tripp as a "friendly hostage". One of Vic's street informants, Connie, approaches him after having been roughed up by a new john. Vic hands off the case to Claudette and Dutch, who is convinced they're on the trail of a serial killer. Dutch's theories are proved wrong when he and Claudette ultimately discover that their perp is not a serial killer but rather a disturbed man who is raping women in a desperate attempt to procreate. Danny and Julien stumble upon a gun smuggling ring while delivering one of their warrants and disaster is averted only by Danny's sharp instincts. David has his hands full overseeing the sweep, managing an increasingly packed cage, soothing the frazzled nerves of the attending desk sergeant, and avoiding a potential lawsuit from Derrick Tripp's lawyer over the disappearance of his star client.

Vic must broker a peace between Kern Little and T-Bonz, two rappers whose personal animosity towards each other is broiling over in to the streets. Danny is attacked after identifying a shooter. Julien helps a woman whose son's body has been stolen. Dutch and Claudette search for a missing migrant worker. David allies himself with "Kingmaker" Jorge Machado to further his political ambitions.

5 :01x05 - Blowback (Apr/09/2002)
David insists that Vic and the Strike Team take some uniform cops along as support, including Danny and Julien, when they bust an Armenian gang's drug buy. The Strike Team arrives as one of the Armenians is assassinated and proceed to remove the "pink" coke from the scene while the Unis bring out the surviving thugs. Julien witnesses Vic dividing the confiscated drugs into two and hand off the second bag to Shane. After much deliberation, Julien approaches David with his suspicions about Vic and the evidence. Claudette and Dutch interrogate the Armenians for more information on their drug connections. After storing the drugs in the lock box of his SUV, Shane drives to his girlfriend's, and later he discovers the SUV has been stolen. David and the Strike Team race to find the missing SUV and the drugs. The race ends at a dead junkie's apartment where Vic and the boys are able to get rid of all but one brick of the coke before David arrives and must decide whether to search Vic in front of fellow officers.

6 :01x06 - Cherrypoppers (Apr/16/2002)
When the body of a young, unidentified hooker is found in the district, aspects of the crime and Dutch's conviction that this murder is the work of a serial killer persuade David to provide Dutch and Claudette the full resources of the Barn. Dutch has 24 hours in which to break the case before the clues grow cold and resources are demanded elsewhere. While Dutch, with the aid of an FBI profiler, wrestles with the responsibilities and pitfalls of leading his first large-scale investigation, Claudette revisits an old case that has haunted her through her career. The precinct focuses on canvassing the neighborhood for leads on the dead hooker's identity. Danny seriously contemplates taking the sergeant's exam and Julien wrestles with whether he should follow through with an affidavit regarding Vic's theft of the Armenian gang's drugs. Vic and the Strike Team uncover an underage prostitution and pornography ring. Vic must take quick, brutal action to protect one of his informants unsettled by the murder spree.

Season 2
14 :02x01 - The Quick Fix (Jan/07/2003)
While Vic searches for his wife and children, the Strike Team has increased the number of drug shipments they allow to come into the Farmington district through their corrupt U.S. Customs contact. The newest shipment turns out to be poisoned and Vic and the Strike Team are forced to go to Tijuana to track down the man responsible, Navaro Quintero, and retrieve their money from him. Meanwhile, Dutch and Claudette investigate brutal murders committed by Navaro's brother, Armadillo, in his bid to unify Farmington street gangs under his leadership. With the help of a seasoned Tijuana policeman, Vic finds Navaro then kidnaps him and extorts his money back by using Armadillo's brutal tactics. He then smuggles Navaro over the U.S. border and arrests him. Meanwhile as Julien teaches a young offender the difference between right and wrong, he falls for and decides to ask his mother out for a date.

15 :02x02 - Dead Soldiers (Jan/14/2003)
As Vic gets closer to finding his family, he and his boys focus their attention on Armadillo and his continued gang building. Unfortunately when Vic gets too close, Armadillo burns down one of Tio's distribution centers. Although Tio escapes the blaze without a scratch, a safe is discovered that holds Tio's ledgers which include his payouts to Vic. Now Vic must get the ledger and the guy who smoked Tio's apartment before Claudette puts the pieces together and discovers that Tio is not only Vic's CI but his drug connection. Although Claudette never puts two and two together, Armadillo does and Tio ends up necklaced. When Vic finds Tio, he takes his revenge out on Armadillo. When Lanie, the Barn's new Civilian Auditor, asks to follow Vic around for the day, David immediately steps in and suggests it might be better if she follow Dutch to the shooting of a city official. But when they discover that the city official is actually a meter maid, Lanie is less than pleased. Although she and Dutch continue their investigation into who killed her, she makes her less than pleasant feelings known to David. Meanwhile Julien and Danny must appease two neighbors who aren't getting along. Unfortunately things escalate to an uncontrollable situation and Danny is forced to shoot an Arab American.

16 :02x03 - Partners (Jan/21/2003)
Since Vic's still raw over Tio's death, the gruesome beating of Armadillo, and the fact that Claudette won't lay off of his connection to Tio, he decides to take the day off and leave his Strike Team in David's care. While they're off busting male hookers working outside David's campaign headquarters, Vic and his old partner, Joe, check in on an old enemy – Fleetwood. Joe still holds a grudge against the man that had him kicked off the force. Now it's time for payback. He knows Fleetwood's still scheming, so he gets Vic to back him up on a bust that ends up going horribly awry. Meanwhile, Danny discovers that Julien didn't back up her version of the shooting at the Al-Thanis' and now may be pulling desk duty for the rest of her career unless things are cleared up. In the midst of all this chaos, a young man enters the barn with a severed arm and drops it on Dutch's desk. Once he discovers that the arm belongs to a woman who's still alive, he and Claudette find themselves running against the clock to find her before she dies.

Now that Vic is back to work, he and Shane go undercover as dirty cops to find the culprit behind a robbery/homicide at an Armenian jewelry store. Meanwhile Dutch and Claudette discover that a gun turned in during a Toys for Guns Drive is linked to an old case of Claudette's. In a bid for the Asian community's support in the upcoming election, David assigns Danny and Julien to keep an eye on a priest and his Korean parish. Danny is forced to deal with the fallout form the shooting of an Arab man.

Ronnie's recovered form his face burning and has come up with a plan to take down the money train and Vic, Shane, and Lemonhead are all in. Unfortunately a federal criminal's name comes across the Teletype and suddenly Vic, Shane, and Tavon have to switch focus and use an old connection to track him down. They use all the tricks in the book to bring this guy in because they want to prove to Lanie the Barn is still a worthy cause. While Dutch and Claudette investigate the rape of a young girl, they come across some startling information that puts the crime in a whole new light. And the same day Julien makes a great save an old friend shows up to ruin it.

27 :03x01 - Playing Tight (Mar/09/2004)
The Strike Team's new strategy is to play by the rules in order to keep the I.A.D. from sniffing around the money they stole from the Armenian money train. Unfortunately, their plan is abruptly interrupted when a routine drug bust lands them right in the middle of a high-powered gun running ring. Soon they find themselves racing to disarm two rival gangs before a race war breaks out. When an old ally turns out to be the new leader of the One-Niners, they use him to set up a sting gun buy. Tension among Vic and the Strike Team increases when Dutch and Claudette begin investigating the murder of two Armenian gangsters tied to the money train robbery. Meanwhile, with her promotion to Captain on the horizon, Claudette faces a cruel reality when David decides to not only stay in his position but also implement some of her ideas to help clean up Farmington. After his blanket party in Season Two, Julian's manhood and ability as a cop are in question and Vic urges him to take action to get some respect back from the barn. Danny makes a plea to Aceveda to get her job back and Shane deals with the pressures of keeping his new girlfriend happy without interfering with his job.

28 :03x02 - Blood And Water (Mar/16/2004)
When Vic finds himself at odds with the Strike Team, he decides that the only way to bring down a gun running ring that is supplying rival gangs on the brink of war, is to use some cash from the Money Train. When the bust doesn't go down as expected and the Strike Team is overpowered by the Byz Lats, they find themselves out both the money and the guns. Just when Vic begins to plan drastic measures to bring down the Byz Lats and their supply of MP5's, Claudette and Dutch reveal a gang murder may be connected to the missing guns. The Strike Team works to settle the war between the two gangs, the Byz Lats and the One-Niners, by forcing the two leaders to draw battle lines. After Claudette and Dutch solve their gang murders, Vic is able to get the guns off the street. Claudette reveals to Vic that the undercover Decoy squad will be joining the Barn and she will be overseeing both them and the Strike Team. Julian's newfound confidence on the job raises some concerns around the Barn when a complaint is filed against him for excessive force. Danny returns to the barn when she gets her job back and finds that Julian isn't interested in being her partner anymore. Vic tries to correct the first impression he's made on Mara but she makes it clear she's only interested in Shane's wellbeing.

What Vic thinks is a simple sweep, quickly becomes a nightmare when a prostitute, Farrah, is determined to bring down her pimp at any cost and wants Vic's help. When Claudette orders Vic to work with Farrah, he finds himself conflicted between Claudette's plan and Farrah's blackmail. Meanwhile Dutch discovers an elderly woman rape case with a sick twist is just the beginning of a disturbing pattern. David is forced to choose between his job as Captain and his future as Councilman when a man he knows and respects is arrested for solicitation during the sweep. Back on duty, Danny tries to get in good with Tommy and Julian by helping them on a stolen stereo bust and giving them the credit. After his run-in with Farrah, Vic decides to check up on Connie's son who is living in an overcrowded foster home. Meanwhile, tension rises between Shane and Mara when Shane feels the relationship is going too fast and Mara reveals she is pregnant.

When a high profile car jacking case involving a public official is declared by Aceveda as the Barn's main focus, the feuding Strike Team and Decoy Squad decide to place an unusual bet over who'll be the first to bust the culprit. The bet? Losing team has to streak the Barn. Dutch investigates an attempted murder case between two brothers that involves a repeated case of acute food poisoning. He uses hostile tactics to get a confession from one of the brothers whom he believes is at fault for trying to kill the other brother. With Claudette's absence due to overseeing the Decoy and Strike Team, Dutch soon finds himself in hot water and needs her help on the case to bail him out. As the two rival teams race to find the culprit of the car jacking case, tension between Shane and Tavon only gets worse and eventually explodes with shocking results when a fist fight leads to Tavon getting in a horrible car crash. Meanwhile Danny begins to think she'd be a better influence on Julien as a partner when she and Lucas respond to a domestic abuse call at Julien's house. Vic and the Strike Team eventually prevail and nab the car-jacking culprit, proving that they are still on top.

When Shane fails to show up at the hospital to see how Tavon is doing after his shocking car accident, Vic pays a visit to his apartment and immediately notices something amiss. Meanwhile, Dutch discovers the Cuddler rapist has struck again. Danny and Julian take on a stalker case of a woman being harassed by her ex-boyfriend.
