Episode Goofs
After the donut delivery man asks Carl why all the donuts are piling up, Carl answers with Lenny's voice.

When Mr. Burns and Smithers go to leave, the beak-like door knocker is not on the Simpsons' front door.

In the scene which Bart and Homer find Marge's paintings up in the attic, there's a shot of the paintings all stacked up and you can see that the edges of all of them are the same color as the front painting. However, when they skim through the paintings, the backgrounds and edges are a variety of colors.

Homer is seen with very apparently tan lines but his paleness disappears and he's all yellow when he enters the H2-Whoa ride.

The music playing while Homer works out is parodied after music used during workout scenes in the 1976 classic film.

Beatles on The Ed Sullivan Show

Mr. Burns: Beatles, eh? Ah, yes, I seem to remember their off-key caterwalling on the old Sullivan show.

This is a funny reference to the band's first American appearance on The Ed Sullivan Show back in 1964.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

The music playing while Homer goes to the scale is taken out of the 1966 western film.

The line for the H2WHOA! ride looks like M.C. Escher's famous lithograph, Ascending and Descending.
