Episode Goofs
Skinner has a pen set on his desk when before he sings Happy Birthday to Chalmers but it is missing moments later.

Lisa takes the megaphone from her backpack to tell the school kids about the bad snack foods but in the wide shot the can of soda & her backpack are missing.

Bart collapses on the rug during his heart attack but his body has switched positions in the overhead shot ...

... & switches again when the family gathers around him.

Apu is seen wearing his standard black shirt with green jacket when strapped to the chariot but when seen running, his sleeves are black when they should be green.

Seen from the inside the window frame is purple, but seen from the outside the frame is brown.
Even if we assume it is simply painted a different color on the inside, the inside edges of the window & the edge Bart is resting his hand on should still be purple even seen from the outside.

Cultural References
Homer was asked to sing a German song for tips. He sings 99 Luftballons, a protest song by Nena. The English version is entitled 99 Red Balloons, which is not a literal translation. The literal translation would be 99 (toy)balloons, or 99 air balloons. Source: wikipedia.org
