The Simpsons: Homer Simpson, This is Your Wife

Homer's obsession with Lenny's new plasma TV prompts Marge to enter the family in a sweepstakes, and they win a trip to the Fox Studio Lot. The opening credits used real-life people acting as the characters.

Chalkboard:
Original Airing: I will not eat things for money
Reruns/Syndication: I will not laminate dog doo

Couch gag:
Original Airing: The family (now depicted as live action human beings instead of cartoon characters) takes its place on the couch without any incidents.
Syndication: Repeat of the couch gag from "The Seven Beer Snitch" where The Simpsons are roasted over a barbecue pit.

Dan Castellaneta also guest stars as himself.

Episode Quotes
Carl: (singing) Ain't no party like a Lenny party, 'cause a Lenny party don't stop. (he watches at his watch) I got to work tomorrow. I'll better go.

Lisa: Wow, there is a rainbow outside.
Homer: Oh yeah? Well, right there is a commercial with a dancing cold sore.

Homer: Stupid non-plasma TV. Picture's so blurry right as I'll rub dirt in my eyes.

Marge: What're you doing, Homer?
Homer: I'm signing us up for a reality show where we trade you to another family.
Marge: Wow, that might be interesting. Or it could damage many, many lives.

Charles: Oh, you needn't worry. I'm a bit of an elbow man myself actually. (laughs) Bit different, bit weird. Not sexual.
Homer: You take forever to say nothing!
