D'oh:
D’oh is grunt uttered by the characters (mostly Homer) when they realize they have done something stupid. This phrase has become so popular that it has been added to the Oxford English Dictionary with the definition: "expressing frustration at the realization that things have turned out badly or not as planned, or that one has just said or done something foolish.”

Note: When “d’oh” is used in an episode title, it is sometimes written as “(annoyed grunt)”.
