After a near death experience as an astronaut, Steve was rebuilt into a cybernetically enhanced man and became a secret agent for the OSI. Under the command of Oscar Goldman and supervision of Rudy Wells, Steve uses his superior speed and strength to keep crime, especially aliens and mad scientists, off of the streets.
