|
Steve Austin is called to investigate when a motorcycle cop finds 23 people in a death-like state in a small town. When Steve reaches the town, he's baffled when he sees the people change from their death-like state to being well-alive. After Oscar Goldman is contacted by Doctor Stanley Bacon, a scientist fired from government work due to unethical practices, Dr. Bacon demands ten million dollars or he will use a device to attack another town. Steve is dispatched to stop Bacon before it's too late.
