|
Steve is sent on assignment to Africa in order to pinpoint the locale of pilot Josh Perkins. The pilot is in possession of a roll of film that contains evidence of U.N. treaty violations. Steve manages to track down Perkins at a mission run by two nuns, but following Steve's every move is Major Chooka and his men who also want the roll of film. Soon, Steve realizes that their only way to escape Chooka is by airplane, but the only airplane in the area is badly damaged. Can Steve and his bionic abilities be able to repair the plane in time?
