Steve recognizes the sniper of a murder attempt on a jury. But after he catches him the hireling turns out to have a watertight alibi when a videotape shows him appearing on a live TV show at the same moment of the attempt. Steve is baffled for he was certain about his testimony so he decides to stalk the suspect.
