|
A crook summons four men to bid for a nuclear bomb in a plane. One of the bidders warns Oscar about the transaction, and he proceeds to search where the materials are. A fuse, the missing element of the bomb, assembled by a female scientist, Dr. Broder, is stolen and Steve follows the trail of the crook and his gang.
