Now that Jamie has adjusted to living with her bionics, Oscar uses her to help stop a counterfeiting ring by entering a vault and stealing the phony plates. Steve is against Jamie being put in harms way. But soon, Jamie begins rejecting her bionics and becomes deathly ill.
