Episode Summary

Barney Miller, the ex-racer who became the second bionic man, has been reactivated and wants to start his career again. Problem is his manager doesn't want him around and Barney hits him violently. Thinking he has killed the poor chap, Barney runs away and resorts to the offer of a corrupt GI officer who knows his powers. Barney robs an armored car. Steve decides to go after his peer.
