The OSI has done further progress in the implantation research and looks for a suitable candidate. The computer locates 16-year-old Andy, a former athlete. Since an accident with a mountain landslide, the sportsman was left wheelchair bound. Steve contacts the boy and his sister. However, both of them look an operation sceptically. Only when Steve demonstrates his powers, they agree.
