Steve takes a major supplier of space systems under the magnifying glass. Oscar fears that sabotage could endanger the forthcoming Mars mission. Notwithstanding, danger comes from another side: The company boss, Horton Budge, turns out to be a relentless miser, a modern-day Scratch, who exploits his workers even on Christmas. The sabotage which Oscar fears is merely the result of the wretched working morale in Budge's factory.
