This is like "The Fall Guy"from 1980's except it's the 70's. Lee Majors sure likes starring in a lot of cheesy TV shows (maybe he needed the paycheck). "The Six Million Dollar Man" features the most cheesy action effects known to man (done via slow-motion for added jokism I mean realism). It is a modern day action show but it's held by very limited special effects. Notwithstanding though the stories were entertaining (a cross between the spy-genre and a self grandiose look inside the US government). It's definitely the type of show that will deliver lots of laugh (unintentionally) but will have action too. Still this isn't a show that I would shell out big money but would watch on TV (as they ran the reruns on Sci-Fi for quite a while). Review posted on Saturday, September 8th 2007 at 6:42 pm |
