Dr. Melfi: After two years treating you I've learned things. And I pick up sorrow coming from you.
Tony: It's fuckin' graduation day, so I might as well take this opprotunity to say I'm proposing you to get your button.
Christopher: I fucking deserve it. Got no spleen, Gene!
(During a therapy sesson)
Tony: I had a dream I fucked your brains out. Right on that desk, and you loved it.
Dr. Melfi: (Surprised) Well, you threw that at me like a rock.
The episode contains several instances of foreshadowing of Salvatore "Big Pussy" Bonpensiero's murder. While dreaming, Tony sees Pussy as a fish, a hint that he would soon be "sleeping with the fishes" as he does after Tony, Silvio, and Paulie toss him into the ocean. Throughout the episode, a creaking sound can be heard every time Tony dreams. This same sound is later heard on the boat when Tony, Silvio, and Paulie murder Pussy.
