Junior has some interesting dreams while undergoing stomach cancer surgery. Tony becomes enraged at Junior's doctor's attitude. Tony and Christopher continue their fighting. Carmela decides to attend Tony's therapy session when she discovers that Tony has been skipping them and soon Dr. Melfi refers her to another therapist for her own depression.
