Now that Carmela and Tony are separated, Tony begins to have romantic interest in Dr. Melfi. However, Tony and Carmela cross paths when she's forced to call him after a wild bear arrives at their home. Johnny Sack sees an opportunity to move up when Carmine has a stroke. Meanwhile, Janice adjusts to life married to Bobby, and Christopher and Paulie butt heads when Christopher always has to pay for dinner at restaurants.
