Tony has some decisions to make. His first involves seeking out help from Italy to solve the local problem of Rusty, while his second decision involves whether or not to allow one of his top earners to have a second chance. Meanwhile, Carmela continues to have trouble with her spec house and Vito hides out after his secret double life is finally exposed.
