One of the hotel's horses is due to leave the Tipton, but the boys love the horse and try to save it going to the grueling job hauling lumber, it turns out to be very difficult hiding such a big animal. Meanwhile Mr. Moseby is booking in an important party hosted by a very rich lady who lives next to the Tiptons. Also London borrows Maddie's brooch that is a family air loom, but she accidentally looses it, so she and Arwin go and search for it.

| When Tippy the horse goes into Carey's room while she is sleeping and starts licking her face, she says,"Oh Mr. Clooney, George we barley know each other". This is a reference to the actor George Clooney.

Zack is making an allusion to the 1998 movie, The Horse Whisperer
| The title Free Tippy is an allusion to the 1993 movie Free Willy.
| Arwin: Holy Seabiscuit!
This is a reference to the 2003 movie starring Tobey McGuire entitled Seabiscuit.
