Episode Summary

An alien race whose only spoken word is "What" are trying to stop another alien race who only say "Hey" from destroying the universe. The fear-ridden Whats kidnap The Tick in order to have him help defeat the Heys. As it turns out the Heys resemble Arthur, moth costume and all, so the Whats suspect him of being a Hey spy.
