It is the one year anniversary of the meeting between The Tick. Arthur, Captain Liberty and Batmanuel. Over cake and beer, they reminisce about a time when Captain Liberty didn't really like The Tick much. Taking advantage of The Tick's ignorance, she suggests he call out The Terror - one of the most dangerous villains The City has ever know. But at a hundred and twelve years old, just how dangerous IS The Terror?
