Stephen ends up in ' The Hall Of The Guardians' where Stephen meets Peter's grandfather. Eventually the rest of The Tomorrow People travel back in time, along with Chris to try to rescue Peter. They also meet up with Gaius, a time traveling criminal, who wants the earth to change it's history back to the Roman Empire era, with him as the leader.

As Tyso is a new homo superior/ Tomorrow Person, The Tomorrow People have to rescue him, however Colonel Masters has the full might of the military at his disposal and The Tomorrow People can't kill. Will they be able to rescue Tyso before Colonel Masters and his drugs, gain the skills and powers of a Tomorrow Person?
