A new teacher arrives in Stephen's class. Stephen gets a strange feeling about her. She is a new Tomorrow Person called Elizabeth. While teaching the class the classmates begin to play up, fighting etc. However, this is not just happening in this school but all over the country. To add to this, certain paintings are changing colours at random. The Tomorrow People must investigate.
