Playing in a local club, Mike's group the "Fresh Hearts" are approached by a mysterious man and he tells them he could manage their group for them, to help them succeed in promoting the group and go on national TV. Mike finds himself under the influence of the strange drums the manager has given him to play. The Tomorrow People are in danger as John also has had his mind taken over by the drums. It's left to Elizabeth to save the day.
