A space ship crash lands on a small Pacific island, Papa Minn the dictator on the island, plans to use the ship with the help of the two aliens on board, to take over the world and hold all the countries to ransom with the threat of destruction to any countries not willing to pay up. The Tomorrow People have to help out and need to destroy the "ripper ray" weapon the space ship plans to use on the world.
