A death sentence is declared for Anne and her alleged adulterous lovers. Henry's declaration of their marriage is annulled meaning his daughter Elizabeth is considered illegitimate and can no longer be a successor to the throne. Henry then asks Jane Seymour to become his queen in hopes of having a male heir someday.
