The Parallel - Recap

Robert Gaines lands his spacecraft safely back on Earth. He notice several differences in the world, and decides he is instead in a parallel universe. He runs back to his capsule, and suddenly is ready for another landing. He tells General Eaton and Colonel Connacher his story, and says that in this other world he was a Colonel. They don't believe his story but soon change their minds when an officer enters the room and tells them he had picked up an unidentified spacecraft on radar for just a few seconds, and their radio message was from a Colonel Robert Gaines.
