Patrick McNulty has to be the worlds biggest bore. He annoys everyone he comes in contact with. He continuously spills out meaningless facts during his long, tedious conversations. While visiting a bar he meets a man named Potts. Potts gives him a stopwatch that has the ability to freeze time. He tries out his watch and uses it to rob a bank.
