Sounds and Silences - Recap

Roswell Flemington loves all things loud. He plays his records of Naval battle sounds at high levels, shaking the walls of his home. He visits a psychiatrist who uses his willpower to make every sound to a squeak. When he returns home, he discovers every sound is now that way. He can feel the vibrations, see the pictures shake, but can't hear a peep. This drives him insane.
