Wilks and Lester have a moment where they become friends as Wilks takes a look at pictures of his kids.

Henderson and Bisping both pay a visit to the house and have dinner with their respected teams.

Later, Frank gets second doubts about himself. Damarques tells him that he’s represented the team well in the fights.

Tale of the Tape is shown. Frank has an advantage in the age being twenty-four years while Wilks is thirty.

Round 1 gets underway. For the bulk of this round it is a boxing match. Wilks is able to land several hard uppercuts at Frank. The two fight each other toward the cage and Frank gains perhaps his biggest opportunity in the round. He slugs it out with Wilks and rocks him almost knocking him down. However, Frank isn’t to finish of Wilks. The two grapple as horn sounds.

Round 2 starts with Frank inadvertently landing a low blow to Wilks. Referee stops the fight temporarily. The two box again and Wilks is able to connect with his rights. Frank is able to connect with his rights. Then Wilks is able to land hard jabs on Frank. James lands a kick to the stomach while Lester lands a punch to the face. The two fight toward the cage. James throws a couple of shots to the side of Frank’s face. The two eventually go back to striking. James is now measuring Frank with his hits, and Frank appears visibly tired. Frank gets caught with a couple of more uppercuts. Then Wilks applies a headlock near cage. With only twenty-two seconds left, Wilks lands a couple of more stiff knees to Frank as horn sound. With first round going in Frank’s favor, round two falls in the favor of Wilks.

Round 3 starts with two striking. Frank appears cautious and gets caught by Wilks’s right/left combo. Frank is exhausted as he is pushed toward the cage. Frank tries one last push and tries a flurry of rights and lefts but doesn’t connect. Frank is hit with several knee lifts. Frank drops on one knee as Team UK starts to celebrate. James goes in for the kill and pours on the knees. The referee finally stops the fight.

James Wilks will go to the finale to face Damarques Johnson to fight for the UFC contract.

In the post fight interview Dan Henderson simply states that Frank was “picked apart”. Dan also says that Frank was probably worn down by the previous fights.

Frank is devastated by the loss. Teammates try to console him. Team UK has three guys in the finale while Team US has only one. Russ Pearson will fight Andre Winner and Damarques will take on Wilks.
